High-temperature resistant high overload oil-immersed transformer

  • Strong overload capacity: Capable of sustaining overload operation (1.5× for 6 hours, 1.75× for 3 hours, and 2× for 1 hour) based on rated temperature rise without affecting service life.
  • No service life loss under overload: Features UL-certified DuPont Nomex T910 insulating paper with a Class B insulation system and higher temperature rise tolerance, compared to the Class A insulation system used in standard transformers.
  • Safe and highly reliable: The imported American transformer oil has significantly higher ignition and flash points than standard transformer oil, providing greater safety under high-temperature conditions.
  • Superior economic benefits: Delivers better overall economic value in operation compared to standard transformers in equivalent applications.
  • Full performance parity: Shares the same electrical parameters as standard transformers, meaning the high overload capacity is achieved without compromising any other electrical performance.
