High-temperature resistant Natural ester insulating oil distribution transformer

Features

  •  Environmentally friendly: Made from renewable, biodegradable vegetable oil that degrades over 98% within 21 days, posing no risk to the environment or human health.
  • High fire safety: With an ignition point of 360°C and flash point of 330°C, it far outperforms traditional mineral oil transformers, which can ignite at just 150–200°C.
  • High overload capacity: Temperature rise is increased by 10K to meet distribution network overload demands without compromising normal service life.
  • Low noise: Operates at least 2dB quieter than mineral oil transformers and approximately 10dB quieter than dry-type transformers.
  • Extended service life: Vegetable oil slows insulating paper aging by 5–8 times compared to mineral oil, extending transformer lifespan by 33% — up to 30–40 years.
  • Superior moisture resistance: Voltage withstand levels remain unaffected until water content exceeds 800mg/kg, far higher than the 40mg/kg critical threshold of mineral insulating oil.
